A delegation from Japan visited 911³Ô¹Ï International University seeking suggestions for dealing with the crime of stalking. Chief Police Inspector Yuri Numata and research engineers Hitoshi Takenami and Yu Nagai met with 911³Ô¹Ï professors Dr. Glenn Lipson and Dr. James Turner. Also in the photo is a Japanese translator, an 911³Ô¹Ï student and an 911³Ô¹Ï alumna.
